• Dun Scaith, Fortress of Shadows
• Pronounced (Dun Skaa) by Yoshida
• Will be the climax of the story, but leaving loose ends to tie up
• First boss will be on an airship
• Other bosses will be in different districts of the fortress

• Containment Bay Z1T9
• Centers the Warring Triad’s Demon, Zurvan.
• Containment Bay Z1T9 (Extreme)

New Content

• Zhloe Aliapoh
• Players can gain access to new content by raising the satisfaction level of specific NPCs.
• This is achieved by gathering/crafting items they request.
• 3.5 and 355 will focus on Zhloe Aliapoh with other NPCs to be added in the future.
• This content will also have glamour elements added to it

Updated Content

• Exploratory Missions
• Pre-existing exploratory missions have been heavily updated
• Hunting exploratory missions
• Gathering exploratory missions
• Players will earn equipment by completing duty requirements.
• Disciples of the Land can complete duty requirements by gathering
• The missions also include boss battles requiring four parties.
• More focused than old Diadem, guides players instead of focusing on free roam
• Diadem will be unavailable starting in 3.5 until the changes are implemented

• Party Finder
• Recruit players from other worlds on the same data center
• Players will be able to view/recruit players from other worlds on the same data center
• Players will also be able to limit their recruitment to players in their world
• Window will be redesigned to allow players to choose between server-only, data-center only, or all
• This only applies to content which uses the Duty or Raid Finder.
• Party members will be able to chat with each other regardless of their World
• The Blacklist is currently being adjusted to work cross-server.
• Party finder filters
• Password locks for party finders
• Password can be up to 4 digits

• PVP
• Frontlines
• Players have the option to match without GC requirements
• You still have the option to queue as a specific GC
• FC and LS chats will be enabled in frontlines now
• Dueling
• Ability to sync gear to item level 150 will be added
• Ability to sync gear to the host’s item level will be added
• Unsynced duels will remain as well
• Recast timers will be reset at the start of duels
• The Feast
• New map
• Chat disabled during battles
• New auto translated options and targeting commands will be implemented as PVP actions

• Chocobo Companions
• Improvements to the Companion System
• Duty Finder can be used while your Chocobo Companion is out
• Companions will now appear in the party list in the same way as pets
• A full party can now contain eight players and eight chocobos
• Players will now need to target other player’s chocobos to see their HP

• Egis
• The outward appearance of Garuda, Titan, and Ifrit-Egi can now be altered
• Completing the relevant quest will unlock this feature
• Change its appearance with text commands
• Other players will also see your egi’s altered appearance
• Patch 3.5 will only allow players to change their Egis to Carbuncles
• Other appearances will be added in later patches.

• The Novice Network
• Players will be asked to confirm they wish to join a chat channel after being invited
• Players will be able to opt out of the Novice Network

• Support for returning players
• Features created to support players that have come back to Eorzea after taking a break
• Players who have not logged in for 45 days will be able to do the following:
• Set their status to “Returning Player”
• Use the Novice Network
• Gain extra EXP by forming a party with a mentor

• Additional Updates
• Ability to preview item colors on the equipment screen
• Paintings will be added as housing furnishings
• Sightseeing Log will unlock other paintings
